Refund & Return Policy:

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or show signs of use for hygiene reasons
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at southernvoltsa@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return
3. We'll respond with return instructions and confirmation

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
